How you choose to finish your Equilibrium Garden Room can make a huge difference to how it compliments your garden landscape. There are numerous options for you to select from.
The doors and windows will all be made from architectural aluminium, in a variety of colours, which can be one colour outside and an alternative colour inside.
The doors range from French doors, Sliding patio doors and Bi-fold doors. These can be manufactured to any combination of door/leaf sizes to suit your garden room.
The manufacturers we prefer to use for these products are Korniche and Smarts as the quality of these products speak for themselves and we regard as the best we have seen.
You can mix and match any type of door to any garden office (size dependant). As an added extra, the glazing can come with internal blinds if desired.

For the visible side of the garden room, EGR opt for either Cedar or Larch cladding. For economy this is only normally fitted to the front elevation but can be fitted to the sides if preferred. This beautiful natural product will be treated with either Osmo for Cedar or Owatrol for Larch. Either of these two timbers will present a stunning finish to any garden room
For the non-visible sides of the garden room, the cladding we opt to use the Hardie Plank weatherboard system. This comes with the added benefits that it is maintenance free, comes in a choice of 22 colours and is A2 fire rated for added safety.

The type of wood flooring is also an option. EGR prefer to use engineered wood flooring as we prefer the quality of this compared to laminate flooring. All types of wood and design can be chosen

WIFI is also a modern day necessity, EGR recommend a hard connection using CAT 6 cabling, direct to your router inside your property. If this is not possible for what ever reason, then WIFI boosters will, be considered as an option
EGR will supply TCP wall-mounted smart WIFI Digital oilfilled electric radiator as standard, but these can be upgraded to Air Conditioning from as little as £1150 extra
Once the garden office is complete, EGR will be happy to look at any landscaping requirements if needed, decking, garden features etc. please ask for further details.
